At Spiritual-Snipers.com, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Footwear must be returned in the original box.

Items not eligible for return include:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear

• Gift cards or digital downloads

To initiate a return, please email support@spiritual-snipers.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for shipping your item back.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll hold the replacement item for you once your return is in transit. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible—either through a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
